In modern manufacturing technology, weight compensation systems are used to enhance the efficiency of vertical axes in machine tools. In collaboration with the Technical University of Darmstadt and renowned component manufacturers, ROSS EUROPA has developed an innovative cylinder system that efficiently meets the demands of these highly complex processes. Our cylinders fully satisfy all criteria of the Renishaw test.

When combined with high-dynamic linear motors, our cylinders are a technical necessity for achieving or significantly reducing today's machining times. We offer a Hidyn variant for very high travel speeds, reaching up to 4 meters per second. Our HSC Cylinder is deployed worldwide and is specified by well-known automobile manufacturers among others.
